StudentWaiver – Each student will be required to turn one of these in completed by:
Friday May 9th, 2014 @3pm to Coach Joe Ellis.  There is also a $20 fee that must be received by this date.  Unfortunately we can not accept checks at this time.   Sorry for the inconvenience in this matter.  For this fee a student will gain entry to the event as well as receive an”athlete” t shirt.
Army Waiver – The army will be in attendance to help with the event.  This waiver is also required to perform in the event this year

Volunteer_Waiver – Each Volunteer must have one of these completed and Turned in by:
May 3, 2013 upon arrival to the event.  Thank youfor your Time.
